By accessing this website, submitting a campaign or purchasing a campaign, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

View Forge provides promotional campaign services for content hosted on third-party platforms, including YouTube videos, YouTube Music, YouTube Shorts and Spotify tracks. Services include campaign design and setup, campaign configuration and campaign delivery according to the package you select.

You are responsible for supplying accurate campaign information, for holding the rights or permissions required to promote the submitted content, and for ensuring your content complies with the rules of the platform it is hosted on.

A campaign submission is a request for service. We may decline or cancel any submission that is incomplete, inaccurate, technically unworkable or that we reasonably believe breaches these terms or the rules of a third-party platform.

Campaign delivery depends on the details you provide. If a link, track, video or email address is incorrect, delivery may be delayed or may not be possible. We are not responsible for outcomes caused by inaccurate information supplied by you.

You retain all ownership of the content you submit. You grant View Forge a limited licence to reference and use the submitted links and details only as necessary to set up and deliver your campaign.

By submitting a campaign you confirm that you are the owner of the content or that you are authorised by the owner to request promotion of that content.

We do not accept campaigns for content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, fraudulent, malicious, infringing on the rights of others, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or by the hosting platform.

Campaigns are promotional services. Reported figures, ranges and delivery windows describe the service being provided and are not a guarantee of any specific commercial result, revenue, follower growth, editorial playlist placement or long-term retention.

The free trial provides 1,000 views or streams together with free campaign design and setup. No payment is taken, no card details are collected and no payment obligation arises. Free trials may be limited, modified or withdrawn at any time, and we may decline a free trial request at our discretion.

Paid campaigns are delivered according to the package you select at checkout. Prices shown with a strike-through are reference prices; the amount charged is the discounted View Forge price displayed at checkout.

All campaign prices are quoted in US dollars (USD). Orders are confirmed with our team in live chat, where payment is arranged. No card details are collected on this website. A paid campaign starts only once payment has been confirmed.

Campaign setup normally begins after a campaign is confirmed. Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by package size, platform behaviour and factors outside our reasonable control.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You may request cancellation by contacting us. Once a campaign has started, only the undelivered portion may be considered for cancellation, as set out in the Refund Policy.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can review your campaign. Where a chargeback is raised for a campaign that was delivered as described, we may suspend services and provide our campaign records to the payment provider.

Our services relate to content hosted on third-party platforms that we do not control. Platform rule changes, technical restrictions, content removal or account issues may affect campaign delivery.

The View Forge name, website design, text and graphics are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a campaign is limited to the amount you paid for that campaign. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue or platform actions taken against your account.

We may add, change, suspend or withdraw packages, pricing and features at any time. Changes do not affect campaigns already confirmed and paid.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your submission applies to that campaign.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity named below, without affecting any statutory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
